Capable to supply additional accessories wherever required
Fire Driver diesel engines are specifically designed and manufactured for firefighting applications according to UL 1247 standard. Fire pump engines are required to start immediately based on the system demand signals without any hindrance and these engines have been consistently proven reliable in meeting this criterion. The better torque characteristics of these engines ensure reliable operation in emergency conditions.
These engines are UL listed and comply with the requirements for diesel engine drives as detailed in NFPA 20.
FEATURES
NEO control panels offer a scalable fire alarm solution for projects of any size. Built from decades of global expertise, they combine advanced power, performance, and ease of use. Featuring identical modules programmable via laptop tools, NEO reduces installation time, detects wiring/programming errors, and provides both local and remote diagnostics. With superior configuration, networking, and long-term reliability, NEO ensures exceptional fire detection without nuisance alarms.
Features
1, 2, or 4 SLC loops (126 devices each)
200 zones per panel / 1,000 when networked
Networking up to 200 nodes, peer-to-peer wire or fiber
Comprehensive network diagnostics & event reporting
Status monitoring from any panel/annunciator
Compatible with full NEO peripherals (annunciators, modules, printers, amplifiers, etc.)
Shielded or unshielded SLC wiring
Detectors, sounders & beacons powered directly from SLC
Superb noise immunity, sustained loop voltage during AC loss
Monitoring each sensor’s average value provides a continuously shifting reference point. A software filtering process compensates for environmental factors, such as dust and dirt, and component aging, to provide an accurate reference for evaluating new activity. This filtering reduces the probability of false or nuisance alarms caused by shifts in sensitivity, either up or down.

Cementitious fire protection is normally spray applied using specialist equipment to protect structural steel or concrete from the effects of fire for a nominal fire resistance period.
Gypsum based sprays are sometimes considered as Cementitious and may be used internally in the same way as Portland cement sprays, though most gypsums are not suitable for external or semi-external locations.
The gypsum based fireproofing Cementitious paint has excellent physical properties for interior/architectural uses and Cementitious paint can give up to 4 hours fire protection.
Water-based fire-resistive coatings for interior and exterior steel structures
Certified under ANSI/UL 263 (ASTM E119) & BS 476 Part 21:1987
Fire resistance rating from R15 up to R180 minutes
Formulated with cement, vermiculite, asbestos-free fibers & special fire-protection materials
High adhesion, toughness & durability—ideal for buildings, petrochemical plants, and industrial equipment
NAFFCO Intumescent Fire Resistant Coatings are thin-film, paint-like coatings designed to protect structural steel in case of fire. When exposed to high temperatures, they expand to form an insulating barrier, delaying heat transfer and maintaining steel strength. Coating thickness typically ranges from 0.03–0.50 inches, providing fire protection of up to 120 minutes. Ideal for ensuring structural stability during fully developed fires, NAFFCO intumescent coatings are trusted for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
